“轻量化”助推企业应用MBD技术

摘要:分析了目前三维与二维共同定义产品方式的不足,指出了基于模型定义的 MBD 方法的优势和应用情况。通过分析 MBD 模型在设计、工艺、检验、审核、加工、外协等各环节的应用模式,指出三维模型上的各种 PMI 目前必须依靠三维 CAD 系统进行标注,不大量修改 MBD 模型的岗位,可以采用轻量化技术浏览模型,从而降低 MBD 实施的软硬件成本。轻量化方案通过大幅减小模型大小,提供独立和嵌入式浏览器,支持 MBD 的顺利实施。多 LOD 层显示、BOM 结构显示、精确测量、剖切、审阅等各种关键技术的集成,将助推企业 MBD 实施的效益。介绍了华天软件自主的轻量化格式 SVL、轻量化浏览器 SView 及完整的轻量化解决方案。

School of Mechanical Engineering, Shandong University, Jinan 250061, Shandong Province, China) Abstract: By analyzing the insufficiency of the product definition based on 3D together with 2D, the advantages and application of the model-based definition (MBD) are pointed out. Through the consideration of the MBD model applied in different phases: design, process, inspection, verification, manufacturing, outsourcing, etc., it turns out that various PMI must rely on the 3D CAD systems to be edited, while for a large number of cases where MBD model is not affected, lightweight technology can be used to view the model, thereby greatly reducing the cost of hardware and software for MBD implementation. By compressing substantially the size of models, lightweight technology brings at the same time independent and embedded viewer, to facilitate the MBD implementation. Multi LOD display, BOM viewing, accurate measurement, sectioning, reviewing, etc., the integration of all these key technologies will greatly boost the effective implementation of MBD in enterprises. Finally, the Hoteam Software own lightweight format SVL, lightweight viewer SView and the complete solution involving lightweight technologies are presented.
